1. Technical Commissioning (Cx)
We implement a structured and documented commissioning process following ASHRAE and LEED standards:

Design Stage – Detailed technical review of plans, specifications, and BoD/OPR documents.

Construction Stage – On-site installation checks, review of submissions, recording of observations.

Functional Tests – On-site testing of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS, lighting, and fire safety systems.

2. HVAC Measurements & Diagnostics
We perform measurements and on-site diagnostics with calibrated instruments to identify:

3. Testing Adjusting & Balancing (TAB)
Air and Hydraulic Balancing
Proper balancing ensures comfort, energy efficiency, and long-term operation. We offer certified TAB services for duct and hydraulic circuits:

Measurement and balancing of airflows at outlets and duct networks

Balancing water flows in FCUs, AHUs, and water networks for HVAC and Domestic Hot Water

4. Building Airtightness Testing (Building Pressure Testing)
We conduct shell permeability measurements using overpressure/underpressure tests:
